How does it work?
I am happy to accept commissions for Proofreading from anywhere in the world.
You email your material to me as a MS Word Document attachment - please contact me to discuss submissions as text files or in other formats. I edit your document using Word's 'track changes' function and return the document to you. Your document will show the changes made and you can then use 'review changes' in Word to accept or reject the changes I've made. You can read how this works on the Microsoft Office Assistance Page. Alternatively I can make all changes and return the edited document as a Word file or .pdf document.
How much does it cost?
Proofreading is charged at 7.50GBP per 1000 words, irrespective of font size, spacing or number of pages.

How do you pay?
Payment is made via my Paypal account. On receipt of your document I will check 10% or 250 words of your document (whichever is shorter) and return this material to you as a .pdf file. If you are happy to proceed you email me to arrange the time for your completed document to be returned to you and pay the agreed fee into the PayPal account. Click here to learn more about PayPal.
